Track & Field
Athletes will be required to declare their intent to compete in each event no later than one (1) hour before their scheduled event. Failure to declare COULD result in your name being removed from the event. For divisions with 9 or fewer competitors, you must check-in on your prelim day in order to advance to the Finals. The University of Louisville Track has nine lanes so all finals will include the top 9 from the preliminary heats. Competitors may supply their own implements. However, they will be subject to all weighin procedures and loss of identity rules. All athletes wanting to compete in the 4 x 100m relay must sign-up for this event at the athlete check-in desk at the track by noon the day prior to this respective competition.

Updates
4x100m: Athletes wishing to compete in the 4x100m Relay must complete an entry form for this event and turn it in by 12:00pm (noon) the day prior to the event.  4x100M Relay forms may be picked up and dropped off at the Athlete Check-in area at the Cardinal Park Pavilion.

Competition Days:
All athletes must first check-in at the Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) in the Astrazeneca Athlete Village the day prior to competition to pick-up credentials.  Athletes will not be allowed to practice or compete if they do not have their credential.
